नेपाल सरकारका मंत्रालय के सबै अहिले चलायमान छन् त् ? यदि छैनन भने पनि अहिले देश अचल भएको अवस्थामा भबिस्यमा गर्ने योजनाहरुको छलफल गरि कार्वानयन गर्ने तर्फ तैयार हुनुपर्दछ। कोरोनाको असर नेपालमा मात्र नभई संसार भर ठुलो असर परेको छ। बिस्वको ठुलो रास्ट्र चिन पनि अहिले कोरोना वाइरसको कारणले आर्थिक रुपले खासकिएको समाचार आइसकेको छ। अब यस्तो अवस्था हाम्रा मन्त्रि र मन्त्रालय अहिलेको समयलाई मुल्यांकन गर्दै देशलाई आर्थिकरुपले कसरि चलायमान गर्न सकिन्छ भन्नेमा दिनरात लाग्नु पर्ने देखिन्छ। होइन भने स्वस्थामंत्रालयको भरमा कोठा भित्र बसेर समय व्यतित गर्न लगियो भने देशमा ठुलो संकट आउने निश्चित छ। किनकी यो कोरोनाको समस्या संसार भर नै भएकोले हाम्रो देशका धेरै युवाहरु बिदेशमा भएका रोजगारी छोडेर स्वदेश फर्किसकेका छन् र अझै फर्किने अवस्थामा रहेका छन। कति युवाहरु त नेपाल भारत सीमामा रहेको करन्ताईन मा रहेकाछन। लगभग विभिन्न देश बाट पाच लाख नेपाली युवाहरु घर फर्किसकेका छन्। अब यो कोरोनाले धेरै देशमा आर्थिक मन्दी हुने निश्चित छ। जसको कारणले नेपाली युवाहरु लाइ पुन ति देशका रोजगारदाताले रोजगार नदिन सक्छ या दिए पनि दि आएक सुबिधा कम गर्न सक्छन। जसले हिजो कमाएर जति देशमा रहेका आफन्त लाइ पैसा पठाउने गर्थे अब त्यो पनि कम हुने भए पछि रेमिटान्स बाट आउने पैसाले देशका अर्थमन्त्रालयले योजना बनाउने गर्थियो त्यो पनि अब आउने दिनमा संकट पर्ने देखिन्छ।
देश र जनताको अवस्था अहिलेसम्मको २५ दिनमा हामी सबैले देखि सकेका छौ। हामीले भन्दा पनि हाम्रा मन्त्रि र मन्त्रालयले सधै देखिरहेका छन। तर पनि केहि मन्त्रालय बाहेक अरु मन्त्रालय जनता झैँ अचल अवस्थामा रहेको देखिन्छ। अब नबसौ मन्त्रीजी ,अब आफ्नो खुबी देखाउने दिन आएको छ ,देखाउनु होस र देशलाई समृद्ध तिर अग्रसर गराउनुहोस। धेरै भन्नु भयो देश अब आर्थिक रुपले अघि बढी समृद्ध तिर लम्किन्छ भन्ने कुरा। कि तपाइहरुले भन्ने गरेको भासण मात्र हो ?
अब हाम्रा मन्त्रि र मन्त्रालयहरुले यो समयमा, धेरै बिज्ञहरु पनि फुर्सत रहेका हुनाले उनीहरुलाई साथमा लिई ठोस योजना बनाउनु लाग्नु पर्दछ। देशलाई अब विकास र शान्ति तिर अग्रसर गराउने यहि समय हो किन कि अहिले देशका सबै जनता एकजुट छन्। त्यति मात्र कहाँ हो र सरकार पनि बहुमत मा छ। यहि बेला हो अब हाम्रो देशले अमुल परिबर्तन गर्ने मंत्रि ज्यु। अब काम गरौ तर इमान्दार भएर सबै लाइ साथ लिएर। कुन मन्त्रि र मन्त्रालयले कस्तो योजना बनाउने र के काम गर्ने भन्ने कुरा या योजना पक्कै पनि घरमा बसेका जनताले भन्ने होइन होला। २६ मन्त्रि र ति मन्त्रालयका कर्मचारीको साथै देश भरका बिज्ञको सोच बाट अब देशले पार पाउनै पर्छ। त्यो त मन्त्रालयको नाम बाट नै थाहा हुन्छ ,कसले कस्तो योजना बनाउदा देश र देशका युवाहरुको प्रगति र उन्नति हुन्छ। यो २०७७ सालको सुभकामना सहित मेरो देशको प्रगति र हाम्रो बिकास होस्।
